Naturopathy

Naturopathy is a practice that addresses individuals health care through a number of different modalities. A naturopath will take a holistic look at your lifestyle, family history and approach their recommendations through the use of diet, herbal, homeopathic, physical or energetic therapies, or a combination of these.

Mindfulness/Meditation

The simplest definition of mindfulness is ‘present awareness’. Studies have indicated that mindfulness meditation can calm the nervous system, lower blood pressure, support the body’s immune system, and improve the quality of sleep.

Nutrition

It has been said many times “ we are what we eat” and as food is the fuel to our bodies, providing the body with macro and micro nutrients it is an essential part of healing, energy and repair.

Health Mapping

Health mapping is a method to individualise and prioritise care. The practitioner working to create a timeline for treatment and ongoing discipline.

Multi-session pricing

Depending on your health needs I usually recommend to commit to 4 sessions to really implement your change in habit.

This would typically involve an initial 90 min consultation with a 60 min follow-up in 1-2 weeks to map your health. Then to embed healthy habits and consistency I suggest connecting for an additional 2 sessions over the ensuing 2 months.

How I work and what to expect

On your first visit, which lasts around an hour and a half, we’ll review your current health and history. This includes an assessment of your diet, lifestyle and any relatable factors.

We will then map a focus utilising modalities that suit you. The modalities I use in practice depend on each client. It may be dietary, nutritional, herbal, mindful practice or the use of subtle energetic therapies. Your follow up sessions will promote consistency and allow me to support you in supplementation and lifestyle implementations.

My wish is that you take your health into your own hands, and I am there for guidance when needed. Most clients choose how often they need this guidance or direction.
